A Facebookon van oldala a Bevándorlási Hivatalnak is. Ezen tették közé a bevándorlási csalás egyik fajtáját, hogy ezzel is figyelmeztessék a népet arra, hogy ez bizony csalás. Íme az első példa:
Rosey vállalkozása Mohamedet infótech állásra szponzorálja. Rosey világosan közli, hogy nem bír annyit fizetni, amennyi elő van írva. Mohamed felesége, Fatima felajánlja hogy hajlandó fél fizetésért telesem munkát végezni, csak Rosey szponzorálja Mohamedet. Rosey belemegy az alkuba. A vállalat könyvelője észreveszi, hogy Fatima nem kap rendes pénzt és névtelen feljelentést tesz a Bevándorlási Hivatalnál. A hivatal lecsap, Rosey pénzbüntetést kap, Mohamed és Fatima vízumát bevonják és el kell hagyniuk Ausztráliát.
Igazán a hozzászólások érdekesek. Figyeljétek meg, mindenki ázsiai: elsősorban indiaiak, de egy koreai is. Hol vannak a magyarok? Ááá, azok is itt vannak, de túl kevesen ahhoz, hogy feltűnjenek. A feljelentésre hajlamos versenytársak talán nem is tudnak olyan jól angolul, mint az indiaiak. Megnyugtatok minden érdeklődőt, a magyarság létszámával arányosan részt vesz a buliban. Csak éppen nem tűnik fel.

A fórumokról ismerek néhány embert, akik állandó lakosit (189-es vagy 190-es alosztályút) szereztek, hamis külföldi tapasztalatra hivatkozva. Tudom, hogy feljelenthetjük őket, de a Bevándorlási Hivatal felelőssége, hogy ilyen csalás ne legyen. A törvények és a szabályok túl lazák. A hivatal nem foglalkozik a külföldi tapasztalat leellenőrzésével.

Egy melbourne-i cég, amely 6 éttermet is üzemeltet, minden dolgozója külföldi diák és mind belement abba, hogy heti 50 órát dolgozzon {20 órát enged a diákvízum} és kevesebb fizetést kapjon, cserébe majd szponzorálják, ha befejezte az iskolát.

Van olyan is, aki nem tétovázik, hanem megadja a munkahely címét is:

40 Advantage Road, Highett címen működő pékség csomagoló munkást pékként szponzorál. Ez nem helyes. Bejelentettem a Bevándorlási Hivatalnak, de semmi sem történt.

Magam is feljelentettem egy céget, amelyik nem fizet adót, illegálisokat alkalmaz, tönkreteszi a versenytársait, de semmi eredménye. Hol a törvény és az igazság?

Amikor megpróbáltam az illegálisokat bejelenteni, a hivatalnok rákérdezett az útlevél-számukra. Komolyan gondolta? Ausztrálok küszködnek a megélhetésért, míg a törvényszegők vígan vannak.

A Bevándorlási Hivatalnak rendesen ki kéne vizsgálni ezeket az ügyeket. A bangladeshi céges szponzorálások szinte mind hamisak. Csak kitalálnak valami és a könyvelő meg a jogász segít nekik.

A kínai és koreai éttermek többsége is! Ha a Bevándorlási Hivatal kivizsgálná ezeket a vendéglátó helyeket, akkor a 457-es vízumok száma jelentősen visszaesne. Ez persze a Bevándorlási Hivatalnak is jelentős anyagi veszteséget jelentene.

Nem csak a vendéglátásban van így. A marketing- és értékesítési-menedzser vagy a marketing-specialista pozíciók az ázsiai fűszeresek, kis külkereskedelmi cégek esetén. Az a véleményem, hogy ha egy független hatóság vizsgálná át, akkor az egész 457-es vízum-rendszer összeomlana.

Rosey is heavily fined and Mohamed’s and Fatima’s visas are cancelled. The offence is recorded on Rosey’s immigration record, which will affect her ability to obtain sponsorship for future workers. Mohamed’s and Fatima’s visas are cancelled and they are forced to leave Australia.

Through forums i know few who managed to obtain 189/190 by showing fake International Experience….I know we can report it but its the responsibility of Department to verify it and make sure NO fraud is taking place….Laws and Rules are too lenient…Department dont bother to verify oversees experience and Qualification….

I have no idea why department cancelling visas? They should get them their money back and give them a visa for 6 months atleast cause it is very very rare case that you can find a sponser in same field in 3 months, There are many restaurants i know they are exploiting workers rights and under paying them for their sponser i know 1 typical company in melbourne who got abt 6 restaurants and all the guys working there are international students and they all are agreed or force by owner to get less pay and work 50 hours and get a sponser after their study finishes

Yongho Kwon Please including majority of Chinese and Korean restaurants..haha…If the immigration department’s truly investigating the applications done by those ethic groups in the hospitality industries, I bet the number of 457 visa applications will be dropped significantly, which could lead huge deficit for the immigration department (could face at least A$ 60m loss, if 30% of 457 visa applications were frauds). In addition, not just hospitality industry, majority of marketing/sales managers or marketing specialists positions for Asian groceries, small exporters or importers. I believe if independent authorities would have investigated all the applications, the Australian 457 visa system would have been collapsed…TOO BIG TO FAIL..LOL..

Sergio knows this offer is illegal so he says no, but Saskia continues to exert pressure on him. Sergio reports Saskia’s behaviour to the Department. The Department investigates and finds that Saskia offered Sergio a benefit in return for sponsorship. Saskia’s visa is cancelled, forcing her to leave Australia, and she is fined over $5,000.
