A Melbourne training college has been accused of being involved in a cash-for-upgrades scam, allegedly taking bribes from foreign students to upgrade their marks.
An Age investigation has also uncovered allegations the private college has employed unqualified teachers, breaching national education regulations, and potentially undermining the quality of the education provided to hundreds of students.
